Job Description

AP Accountant with German,Krakow

Your responsibilities
Booking invoices from suppliers,
Monitoring purchase orders,
Analyzing and reconciling vendor accounts, researching and correcting discrepancies,
Communicating with internal and external customers (business, suppliers, logistics),
Cooperating with other departments of E&C Germany in order to get approval of the transactions,
Managing AP documentation and resolving AP issues,
Requesting changes in vendor master data,
Managing payment proposal and ALNET/Netting intercompany payments,
Preparing monthly "overdues report - project related receivables" for the OpsControl team in Frankfurt,
Participation in intercompany reporting and reconciliation,
Cooperating with SAP team to ensure that system works in accordance with the requested requirements,
Proposing and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of the performed processes,
AP Accountant reports directly to the Department Head Accounting Shared Services Centre located in Kraków.
Our requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree (Economics, Accounting, Finance),
Good understanding of Accounts Payable process,
Experience in a similar position will be an asset,
Knowledge of SAP system will be an asset,
Good knowledge of German and English in speaking and writing is a must,
Very good computer skills (especially Excel, Word),
Strong organizational and time management skills,
Team driven approach,
Attention to details,
Proactivity.
