You will take care of:

• ·       Answering customer requests or inquiries in Finnish
• ·       Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs
• ·       Delivering first-class customer experience
• ·       Creating a positive impression of the support team.

Our requirements:

• ·       excellent Finnish written and spoken language skills are a must,
• ·       good knowledge of English- min. B2 level
• ·       availability to work full-time,
• ·       empathy, active listening and time management skills,
• ·       elementary knowledge of MS Office will be an additional advantage.
