German Technical support specialist

Your responsibility:

• comprehensive German customer service and solving basic problems with the operating system, software and hardware,
• contact with German language everyday via phone and email,
• delivering first-class customer experience,
• creating a positive impression of the support team.

• salary in contract of employment 6500-7000 PLN or a contract of mandate 46 PLN per 1h- your choice;

Our requirements:

• excellent German written and spoken language skills are a must;
• good knowledge of English (B2)- you don’t have to know polish!
• availability to work from Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00 and weekends 10:00-18:00,
• elementary knowledge of computing devices like Laptops, PCs, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc.
