YOUR TASKS

• Collecting and filling any HR-related data into our internal systems
• Preparing newsletters and maintaining communication with HR teams worldwide
• Data validation and ensuring high data quality within all HR systems
• Preparing reports and analyses in Excel and PowerPoint
• Mapping and improving internal processes
• Designing new HR processes
• Cooperation with the HR project team
• Preparing manuals and training sessions for HR teams

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent German skills (speaking & writing),
• English skills (B2 speaking & writing)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to details
• Highly developed communication skills
• Very good analytical skills with the ability to work independently
• Proactive and flexible approach looking to take on new and interesting tasks
