We are looking for Portuguese speaking people passionate about providing support for product and service queries as well as customer engagement. Based in our newly renovated office space in Łódź, you will receive full professional training on the skills, knowledge, and brand awareness for this position. We are seeking candidates to work in Portuguese with English as an additional language.

The Customer Engagement Centre operates on the flexible shift rotation basis from Monday to Sunday between 9:00 and 21:00.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage with customers and prospects to promote products and identify purchase opportunities,
• Contact customers via phone, email, webforms to enquire to have enquire about products or services,
• Supporting sales and marketing efforts by generating qualified leads and guiding prospects through the sales process,
• Supporting sales agents with the order management process,
• Inform clients and prospects about loyalty programs and new sales campaigns,
• Assist with aftersales services (warranty extension, vehicle maintenance, test-drive follow-up calls).

What You Need To Have

• Willingness to interact with clients, provide them with excellent customer experience resulting in a long-term business relationship,
• Understanding of the importance of accuracy and quality in customer interactions
• C2/C1 level of Portuguese language and at least B2 English is a requirement,
• For the training you will need to be available up to 3 weeks; from Monday to Friday between 9.00 AM and 5.15 PM,
• After training period working hours are flexible: based on shifts between 09.00 and 21.00, from Monday to Sunday,
• Target orientation and at least 1 year work experience in sales.
