We have an opportunity for a Collections Specialist with French to join our Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest. The role of the C2C Team is to ensure Honeywell revenue generation is maximized whilst financial risks are minimized for the organization. Another objective of the role consists in achieving the collection and past due targets in line with the monthly AOP.

Collections Specialist with French responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of French speaking accounts;
• Processing and generating reminder emails and account statements exclusively from the SAP FCSM Worklist module;
• Investigating and making sure that the queries relating to non-payment of invoices are resolved in timely manner with the support of the departments involved (Sales, CX, Pricing, Marketing etc), reporting the claims by opening a dispute and assigning it to the Dispute team;
• Ensure customers are sending the remittances upon payment directly to the High Radius Tool email address for auto-application;
• Code past due invoices with appropriate NPR codes (past due reasons for unpaid and undisputed invoices);
• Ad-hoc credit limit reviews with Risk Team assistance;
• Working to strict monthly and annually collections targets (Actual Collection, Past due, AFDA, Unapplied Cash etc).;
• Management of Blocked orders: release, reporting and communication towards business and customers alike;
• Handling of customer related documentation i.e. Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantees and process refunds;
• Daily and month end AR reporting and account reconciliations;
• Supply daily/weekly specific reports and detailed overview of the collection/past due status for his/her portfolio, whenever requested by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree;
• Fluency in English and French;
• Credit Control experience would be a plus;
• Financial analysis knowledge;
• Knowledge of SAP or any ERP and Excel;
• Motivated and dedicated:
