Lead a business development team and collaborate with our local teams to successfully grow our business in close collaboration David, our Director Production Europe! We are looking for a new Team Lead Business Development Production Europe (f/m/x) to take part in building up the venture throughout several countries in Europe. Take responsibility for onboarding and team development in our production centers.

Your new role

• Lead the team responsible for optimizing the onboarding and development processes in our production centers
• Be in close contact with and coordinate suited training partners and maintain a relationship with the relevant stakeholders
• Analyze relevant KPIs to monitor the success of our onboarding and training processes
• Assess the development needs for our production teams in close contact with the people responsible on-site
• Design and roll out training materials for our production centers throughout Europe
   

Your Skills

• Relevant work experience and a strong analytical background, ideally with management and leadership experience
• Strong strategic and data-driven background
• A good attention to detail, you are well organized and familiar with needs assessment or training design
• You are able to take data-driven decisions and elaborate reports, always looking for the biggest impact items
• Fluent in English and German
