YOUR TASKS

• Receive calls from worldwide internal IT users and provide direct solutions for basic requests;
• Analyze error descriptions in a direct dialogue with the users;
• Document and categorize errors in the common Hella ticketing system;

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• General IT background and understanding;
• Previous experience in customer support;
• Analytic thinking, problem solving attitude;
• Fluent English and good German language skills;
• Very good communication skills;
