What will you be responsible for?

• Providing unforgettably pleasant Customer Care experience for the clients of the largest and most successful Swiss department store group – MANOR
• Processing customers’ inquiries using Zendesk application
• Supporting on-line and retail customers by e-mail and phone
• Solving order and return issues for on-line and retail clients
• Collaborating with a very friendly, truly multinational (but cosy) team of less than 20 people, to reach common goals

What would we like to see in you?

• Positive energy and a genuine interest in working as Customer Service Specialist
• Fluency in German or French (or both if you dare :))
• Good command of English (just so you can communicate easily with non-Polish-speaking colleagues)
• Communicative and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to adapt to changeable environment and courage to search for your own solutions
• Previous experience in customer service/customer support areas would be a huge advantage, but is not absolutely necessary
• Openness to working full-time and in shifts – Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 8:00pm, Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
