Contracting Legal Professionals (CLP) in Accenture’s Corporate Functions organization coordinate and deliver legal, contract and commercial counsel in support of Accenture's business. CLPs identify and help manage and mitigate risk and ensure ethical behavior and compliance with laws and company policies, while providing guidance and negotiating contracts leveraging commercial and market relevant positions.
THE WORK:
- Continuously learn and adapt by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contractual agreements in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Collaborate with senior CLPs to structure, negotiate, and close transactions that are advantageous from both legal and business perspectives.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and incorporate insights into the company's transactional practices to support ongoing improvement.
- Advise executives on legal and risk management issues, embracing challenges as opportunities for professional growth and innovation.
- Support Legal Group initiatives, striving to evolve as a knowledgeable advisor and proactively enhancing skills in relevant contracting attributes.
- Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:Â
- Law Degree.
- Authorized and licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
- 3-5 years of experience in legal services with experience in digital, consulting and/or systems integration areas in roles with increasing responsibility preferred, such experience should be in a law firm or in a fast-paced corporate legal/transaction group in a relevant industry.
- Fluency in English and German, you will be part of international teams.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to present alternatives and solutions, and experience in drafting technology-based agreements.
- Proven ability to manage a large volume of transactions independently, with knowledge of finance, accounting, marketing, and management principles.
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of contracting/risk issues, including IP, for digital, consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing transactions.
