Job Description
We are seeking new talent to join Accenture in Warsaw. As an integral member of the Collections Team, you will be managing cash receivables for Accenture Client.
The Cash Collection Team is responsible for managing and optimizing the process of collecting outstanding receivables. This team ensures timely and accurate payments from the Client, resolves invoice/accounts discrepancies, and maintains strong client relationships. All to support financial and operational efficiency. The team’s work involves strategic coordination, diligent monitoring of accounts, and effective communication. That is to mitigate potential risks and enhance cash flow.
What you will do:
- As a key player in the Collections Team, you will have the responsibility for cash receivables for Accenture Client.
- You will have an opportunity to drive continuous process improvements.
- Manage customer ledgers to collect accounts receivable through email and telephone, ensuring operational excellence.
- Focus on cash collections, debt management, and accounts reconciliation to maximize value creation.
- Handle credit refunds processing and manage blocked orders, while supporting innovation in workflow.
- Share process-related electronic documents per Customer’s requests.
- Investigate and resolve received billing/invoice-related enquiries, while seeking guidance in complex situations.
- Complete daily and ad hoc reports.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with Clients and sales teams to enhance strategic growth.
- Ensure compliance with Client approved collections policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Full-time availability (8 hours daily).
- Fluent English and Italian or Spanish language (C1 level in both is required).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.Â
- Experience in customer service, collections / accounts receivable processes will be an asset.
- Ability to work from the office located in Warsaw city centre (2/3 days per week).
