YOUR TASKS

• Processing of incoming invoices, with initial problem identification and resolution
• Responsible for processing transactions and producing outputs
• Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function and proactively identifies improvement opportunities
• Ensure that the daily activities within his/her responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets

YOUR PROFILE

• Good English (B2) and Fluent (C1) German or Spanish skills are required
• Good analytical skills, practical knowledge of MS Excel
• Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
• Flexibility, ability to deal with change and to work under pressure
• Student status or bachelor's degree
