YOUR TASKS

• Handling standard credit management transactions including customer order hold and order release;
• Participating of in or lead the achievement of service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service;
• Ensuring the delivery of a customer focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies and methodologies;
• Keeping good business relations with clients and stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Ability to speak Spanish or Italian at least at C1 level and English at B2 level;
• At least 6 months of experience in O2C accounting area;
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to details,
• Good customer service skills and client-focus attitude;
• SAP working knowledge;
• A degree in economics, finance or a related field is welcomed.
