YOUR ROLE

Role based in BSv organization. Leveraging deepening knowledge of Collections, The Collections Process Experts participate in or lead the achievement of service levels, key measurement targets of the team and deliver a high quality and cost-effective service that drive compelling business outcomes. They ensure the delivery of customer focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements. Their domain expertise means they are responsible for chasing outstanding invoices from customers of our clients

YOUR TASKS

• Handling and authenticating invoices,
• Balancing vendor statements,
• Supervising and handling expense reports,
• Creating financial reports,
• Supporting month-end and year-end finalizations,
• Keeping abreast of recent developments in accounting software and industry trends.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proficiency in Portuguese, German, Danish, Czech, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or French and English (B2 levels),
• Openness and willingness to start your career in finance,
• Communicative approach,
• Strong attention to detail and  
• analytical thinking skills,
• Acquiring or possessing higher education.
