Customer Service Specialist

YOUR TASKS

  • Monitoring accounts and contacting clients (calls, e-mails) to ask about their overdue payments
  • Investigating and resolving unapplied payments, initiating refunds for the overpayments
  • Helping client ale resolving problems
  • Updating account status records and collection efforts
  • Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status

YOUR PROFILE

  • Communicative English (B2 / C1) and fluent or native knowledge of German / French / Hungarian / Slovenian / Italian / Dutch
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High analytical and problem solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office programs
