Credit and Collections Process Junior Specialist

YOUR TASKS

• Calling and emailing customers regarding payments etc. on a daily basis;
• Building and maintaining business relationships with Customers from all over the world;
• Preparing credit recommendations for Customers based on their financial data;
• Daily cooperation with colleagues from other departments, involvement in the constant development of the project;

YOUR PROFILE

• Very good knowledge of French or Hungarian(C1) and English (B2)
• Very good customer service skills/strong interpersonal skills and client-focused attitude or proactive approach
• Good analytical skills
• Time management skills
• Student status or bachelor's degree
