YOUR TASKS

• Ensures the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function and proactively identifies improvement opportunities
• Responsible for a customer focused service towards the client
• May supervise Junior Analysts in process related areas, as outlined by the Team Leader.
• Reviews PRs for compliance, releases completed Purchase Orders for approval, amends or closes Purchase Orders

YOUR PROFILE

• Upper-intermediate English and German (B2),
• Previous experience in the Operational Procurement (minimum 2 years)
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills, client-focus attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel; SAP knowledge will be an asset
• Strong attention to details, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor Degree
