Responsibilities:
- Providing proactive administrative support to employees of our client via non-voice and voice channels including: cases (HR One system), mailbox, chat and phone in Dutch and English
- Human Resources Administration (collecting documents from new employees, updating data in required system, registering new employees in the different systems).
- Answering to inquiries and resolving issues of different complexity
- Guiding internal clients through access tools and knowledge management portal.
- Navigating employees in Workday system for HR processes.
- Building good relationships with the customers and stakeholders.
- Managing database of inquiries
- Assistance in training activities within the team's scope delivered internally and externally
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, language skill Dutch (C1), English the same or communicative
- Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and use time effectively.
- Multi-tasking capabilities to manage and follow up several caseloads.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate own workload as well as cooperate with other team members to solve issues.
- Experience in HR or Customer Service will be an asset; the same in HR system (Workday)
