In this role you will provide consistent and professional support to associates, across EMEA region, enquiries, and requests thru case management tools.
Responsibilities
- Actively re-direct associates to self-service options by educating them how to use direct access tools and the knowledge management portal such HRONE.
- Daily supporting employees, associates through chat, phone, email.
- Ensure services delivered are in accordance with established Service level Agreement (SLA) and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Preparing necessary documents for employees.
- Managing the e-signature process.
- Contribute and open to new ideas and work collaboratively as a team to achieve common goal.
- Participate in onboarding activities.
- Assist with regional translations.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead as and when required.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor / Master´s degree in Human Resources or a related field will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Proficient English (B2).
- Advanced French (C1).
- Professional background involving problem solving and dealing with internal customers.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- You have more than 1,5 years of experience in working in the HR / Administration Team.
- Workday and Servicenow knowledge will be an asset.
