Inviting applications for the role of Customer Facing and Stock Management Specialist – Senior Process Associate – Swedish - remote

Purpose of Job:

Ensuring required level of customer service, according to business needs and strategies. Responsible for the relationship with the external and internal customers for the order to cash process (orders, deliveries, returns, escalated claims, escalated overdue, etc.) and solve any issue in order to achieve the objectives fixed in terms of service and receivables. Ensuring efficiency and high standard of operations. Effectively and properly allocate available stock to Customer’s orders.

Responsibilities 

  • Secure the first time right by mitigating potential risks and ensuring proper allocation of available stock
  • Managing the daily proactive risk management and related risk mitigation activities
  • Managing and validating any relevant stock allocation actions
  • Collaboration with Integrated Planning Pillar, Key Account Managers and with Logistics to secure right stock at the right time
  • Ensuring the correct delivery notes creation and interface to the warehouse
  • Performing and validating any relevant stock allocation activities
  • Order Confirmation and creating delivery notes
  • Collaboration with other functions on stock management related questions and im-provements
  • Providing requested services to customers via email and phone
  • Supporting Order Management process
  • Supporting Claims Management process
  • Leading Continuous Improvement agenda for served customers
  • Working closely with internal (Order Management, Claims, Masterdata, Sales) and ex-ternal (warehouse, carriers) teams in order to ensure that customer queries are ad-dressed and responded on time
  • Order Confirmation and creating delivery note
  • Collaboration with other functions on stock management related questions and im-provements

Qualifications we seek in you

  • Good knowledge of financial controls related to Customer Facing processes
  • Deep knowledge of SAP, Pega systems
  • Ability to work with various IT applications
  • Strong analytical skills including analysis of complex data

Preferred qualifications

  • Problem solving and decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with internal customers
  • Fluent Swedish and English, any additional Nordics (Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) will be a plus
  • Customer service orientation
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
  • Required experience in Customer Facing area
