Customer Support Specialist - Verisure

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities 

• Handling incoming calls
• Handling app
• Registering customer requests and building the right relationship with them
• Diagnosing and resolving accepted requests
• Entering data into the system
• Ensuring high quality of customer service

Candidate Profile 

• Fluency in Swedish, French, Italian or German(C1), and feeling comfortable speaking and writing in English (B2).
• Communication skills and attitude towards working with people
• High personal culture and customer orientation
• Positive attitude to work
