Technical Customer Support

Your responsibilities:

• Support customers for security cameras and system uses (pre and after-sales)
• Assisting our customers via inbound & outbound calls and via chats/emails
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
• Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting technical issues

Our requirements:

• Knowledge of German, Italian, Swedish or Dutch min. B2 and English min. B2
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer support or related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
• Previous experience working in a technical environment or in interest in new technologies.
