    What will you do

    This role is a crucial in terms of our projects’ development. As a Delivery Manager in the IT Advisory Services you will contribute in various projects implementation solutions, developing portfolio of our  projects and managing our team.

    Your key responsibilities

  • Building relationships internally and externally to discover and meet our clients’ further needs, promoting a culture of collaboration
  • Working as a Manager  to contribute in various streams of system implementation projects
  • Building Agile mind-set and efficiently scaling this way of delivering large scale projects
  • Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver amazing experiences for our clients.
  • Managing relationship with the client, key stakeholders, subject matter experts
  • Coaching and encouraging colleagues to constant learning and improving their skills.
  • Managing performance for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies
  • Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives 
  • What we look for

  • Commercial experience in software delivery especially in agile/scrum methodology (overall experience 9+ and software delivery management at least 5+)
  • Project management skills, plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines and monitor budget.
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders, prioritising tasks and efficiently seeking input from key decision makers when needed.
  • Excellent business communication, client facing and leadership skills
  • An approach of continuous improvement, continually growing one's craft, learning new tools and techniques to manage oneself and a team.
  • Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis (not more than 10-20% of time on average)
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication, German or other European language will be an advantage.
