Your responsibilities

• Leading a Accounts Payable team of around 10 people
• Be the Accounts Payable point of contact with key stakeholders
• Monitor and develop team performance
• Analyze AP processes in place in order to identify points for improvement
• Lead improvement projects
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with the client
• Supporting the Client and Team members with ad hoc activities

Our requirements

• Experience within a leadership position
• Accounts Payable management experience
• Perfect communication and interpersonal skills
• Masterdegree (preferably economics, in the field of finance and accounting),
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
• Fluent in English and German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese (both at a minimum B2 level)
• Analytical thinking skills
• High personal culture in dealing with the client
• Openness for hybrid work (2 days during the week from the office in Kraków or Dąbrowa Górnicza)
