Your responsibilities

• Liaise daily with customers by email/phone, ensuring payments received on a timely basis
• Liaise with local Operations & our Finance shared service center to solve customer queries
• Set up new customers and assess credit terms in relation with the Sales teams
• Apply for credit limits to the credit insurers
• Produce weekly customer aging reports and present to management
• Verifying and controlling of bank guarantees

Our requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a track record in building relationships as you will be liaising with both internal and external personnel at all levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (15 people)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively, to meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese (min. b2) & English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools – Excel proficiency + SAP is desirable
• At least Bachelor's degree (Finance or Economy would be an asset)
• Openness for hybrid work (at least 2 days during the week from the office)
