Your scope of duties

• Checking the correctness of applications for the establishment and change of master data of customers and suppliers
• Creating and changing customer and supplier master data
• Handling of application control discrepancies
• Ongoing cooperation with the process partner and company employees
• Implementation of improvement projects within the master data process
• Handling errors during payment
• Clarifying master data directly with suppliers or process partners

Our requirements

• Knowledge of Italian, German, French, Spanish or Portuguese at least at B2 level
• Knowledge of English at least at B1 level
• Previous experience in SSC is welcome
• Customer service experience
• Higher education in finance, accounting, linguistics
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with other members of the Team
• Knowledge of SAP is welcome
