The Role

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful material and take necessary actions.
• Collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies and ensure a safe user environment.

Experience Required

• Native level Danish, Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian
• Strong affinity for social media, goal-driven, proactive & an eye for detail.
• Content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is an advantage.
