As a dynamic and agile project manager, you will plan and execute international tech events, mainly hackathons. Fully integrated into the events production team, you will be in charge of event creation and promotion in the tech/startup industry in UK & Germany regions.
• Working with the client to create innovative visions for hackathon events
• Plan and monitor event progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Weekly calls with the customer and effective reporting
• Manage the on-site elements - catering, print, people management, and sometimes getting on the mic and hosting
• Performance reporting on KPIs
• Dealing with clients face-to-face, by email, and on the phone
Languages:
• Native level of German written and spoken is required
• Professional English is required.
Academic background:
• Engineering school

• Previous experience in events, marketing, communications or the tech/startup world.
