Japanese Customer Support

Hero Gaming is looking for Customer Support – Japan to support one of our key clients with their Japanese speaking players across their platforms!

Based in Malta and forming part of a fantastic team, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting players via chat and email
• Providing a high level of customer service to players
• Maintaining customer focus and responding to customer queries in accordance to company guidelines
• Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary
• Promoting the brands values and products
• Ensuring a professional working relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or similar position
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Good communication and IT-skills
• Excellent written and spoken skills in both Japanese and English
• A clean police record
• Flexible approach to work and ability to work shift including weekends and public holidays
