We are looking for a Testing & Support Analyst (local contract) to join our IT HR & Communication department, within our Corporate Functions IT business unit in Porto. The team is focused on testing, support, analysis and data quality regarding the internal HR platforms, ensuring the coherence and alignment of all applications concerned. This role focuses mainly on testing and support activities, with great interaction with different stakeholders of the IT HR team in Paris, as well as with users of different HR tools. Additionally, the position entails bridging the communication with service providers and suppliers of the training modules. 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities: 

• Take charge of testing activities, acceptance and commissioning of contents for e-learning modules of internal platforms;

• Communicate technical requirements of the platform to the business, after validation with the product specialists;

• Receive and test the different modules, in close follow-up with editors and Oracle specialists to ask for corrections, if needed;

• Participate in putting into production and follow-up after the go live;

• Provide support to users for Corporate HRIS (PeopleSoft THRM and Oracle HCM) modules within Natixis, for both French and English speakers;

• Create and update project documentation.

Main Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles;

• Degree in Human Resources or similar area (nice to have);

• Experience with testing activities and/or previous knowledge of testing tools (highly valued);

• Good level of French (minimum B2 – mandatory);

• Good level of English (minimum B2 – mandatory);

• Great communication skills, both oral and written;

• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a timely manner;

• Strong analytical thinking;

• Strong sense of rigor and attention to detail.
