We are looking for an IT Support Analyst (local contract) to join our Payments team in Porto.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Works directly with merchant and internal teams on post integration issues to provide technical/functional support;
• Installation and configuration of payment and commerce products;
• Conducts test scenarios with code, software, hardware, devices and endpoints;
• Communicates technical issues to merchants and internal departments;
• Identifies irregularities in functionality and unexpected behaviors with Natixis Payments products and services;
• Ability to diagnose and identify issues with Services and Network connectivity;
• Supports hardware and software involved with merchant payment processing;
• Supports onboarding of merchants with a payment processing solution;
• Synchronize with the product streams the deployments of new releases.

Main Technical Requirements:

• ITIL/ServiceNow knowledge (valued but not mandatory);
• Excellent written and analytical skills;
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word or Teams;
• Knowledge of payment system transaction flows and understanding of electronic banking (highly valued).

Other Requirements:

• Good level of French (minimum B2 - mandatory);
• Good level of English and/or Portuguese (minimum B2);
• Good communication skills;
• Capable of working with a team;
• Eager to work in a challenging, demanding and constant learning environment.
