Your responsibilities

• Experience in a similar position in SCC/BPO

• French or Spanish or Polish language (native or C1+) – obligatory,

• English skills at B2 level (ability to fluently communicate in English) – obligatory,

• Strong interpersonal skills,

• Team work spirit and ability to work under time pressure,

• Availability to work from 08:00 to 21:00 in different shift schemes, during weekends and bank holidays,

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel functions and formulas,

• Positive attitude, willingness to face different challenges, readiness for further education and development,

• Management of Customer Service Team,

• Coaching delivery, implementation of recovery plans, creation of Action Plans and it’s implementation and development,

• Transaction Monitoring delivery accordingly to BEST QA and Client’s requirements,

• Reporting of Team’s performance,

• Creation and modification of work schedules,

• Close cooperation of Quality & Training department,

• Performing other activities delegated by direct superior.
