Our Accounts Receivable team is a group of people who is working together towards a common goal, creating positive atmosphere and supporting each other. We are providing services to our clients to ensure a smooth end-to-end process realization.

What will you be doing?

• Handle customers disputes, communication with the customer via phone & email
• Manage customer accounts, resolve unallocated & unapplied payments
• Support cash application activities
• Issue sundry business invoices
• Run MEC &YEC activities
• Perform internat controls on monthly basis
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and processes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality and productivity of performed tasks

What are we looking for?

• Minimum a certificate of secondary education (preferably a University degree)
• Basic knowledge of accounting would be an advantage
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a (captive or outsourced) shared service center
• Experience in the international finance environment is desired
• Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency
• SAP knowledge would be an advantage
• Innovative mindset, proactivity, orientation on solving problems
• Language Skills:

Internal corporate language: English B1 level required

Working with customers: Italian B2 level required

Nice to have: other European language
