Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in logistics and / or transportation area;
  • Proven knowledge in logistics and transport;
  • Basic knowledge of transportation law / rules (eg Incoterms);
  • Transport documents knowledge (CMR, B / L, AWB);
  • SAP knowledge would be an advantage;
  • Microsoft Office tools practical knowledge
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills;
  • Strong motivation to work in a complex organization focused on result and achievement;
  • Customer centricity and ability to make autonomy decision;
  • Language Skills:
  • Good in written and spoken Spanish (B1)
  • Good in written and spoken English (B2)

Responsibilities

  • Collect, monitor and archive logistic related documents, agreements, tenders and contracts to proceed with daily tasks; 
  • Daily contact with internal and external customers and / or business partners; 
  • Based on received input be able to make decision on customer queries; 
  • Solving customer claims related with transport and logistic issues; 
  • Resolving discrepancies by contacting stakeholders;
  • Follow established policies, procedures and methods to achieve metrics and targets;
  • Deliver external / internal customer satisfaction;
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement initiatives.
