Currently, we are searching for a person willing to join a role of Global Process Expert in our Global Master Data team.

MDM Global Process Expert works interactively with all regional businesses and services within Clariant to align objectives with business strategies and lead critical resources across different geographical locations to implement global best practice, harmonizing tools, systems, and governance, to exploit economies of global scale and scope, maximize the transfer of knowledge, communication and to cultivate a global mind-set.

What will you be doing?

• Contribute to global Clariant strategy to ensure successful implementation
• Develop and implement global master data policies, guidelines, goals and objectives
• Globally responsible for Master Data Management (MDM) performance and costs operations
• Monitor and manage projects to support business strategies, while remaining in compliance
• Support Business and functional consultants in designing solutions for the gaps identified and SAP functional specifications
• Identify optimization potentials, confirm and initiate action
• Ensure adequate service and customer-oriented communication to stakeholders from global MDM
• Ensure high performance within global MDM, with target setting, feedback, coaching and evaluation of the team

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science
• Experience with SAP Master Data Management (Customers/Vendors/ Material/Reference Data /workflow)
• Experience with Process Automation: ABAP/SAP Scripting/VBA/other automation solution is crucial and essential
• Experience with S4H as an asset
• Broad experience in business management, project management and leadership, ideally in Master Data Management roles or related business areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with decisiveness, readiness to take calculated risks
• Strong communications, listening and presentation skills – persuasive, concise, clear verbal
• SAP Certifications is a big advantage
• Language Skills:

Internal corporate language: English B1+

Spanish, Portuguese on B1+ level required due to working with both Americas customers
