In this role you will be responsible for:

• Preparing comp&ben related data analysis for both internal and external clients
• Delivering day to day assistance and trainings to clients
• Provide sales support to consultants (sales presentations, product information, etc.)
• Close collaboration with other teams and colleagues internally and handling ad hoc projects

We would like you to have:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the areas of customer services, market research, human resources or compensation & benefits
• Very good command of spoken and written German and English
• Proficiency in MS Excel, very strong analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics, close attention to details, critical thinking
• Very strong organizational and project coordination skills

What Makes The Ideal Candidate – But Not Required

• Experience in sales and/or negotiations with clients
• Knowledge of any other European language
