Department Overview
The Supply Chain Center of Excellence in Krakow is represented by a dynamic team of more than 100 people. We constantly grow and put a strong focus on development both general and individual. Within the Supply Chain we run Order Management, Delivery Management, Customer Master Data, Order Scheduling, Repair, Shipping or Demand and Supply Planning team. Not only do we support other departments but also each other by being there for people in the moments that matter.
Job Description
Reporting to the Global Customer Master Lead and the Enterprise Data Architect, the Data Entry Analyst executes data maintenance operations (e.g.: create, update, merge, deactivate) and duration master data (e.g.: partner accounts, contacts, products, accounts of end-user organizations) in corporate information systems.
- Manage and maintain the customer master data including setting up of new accounts in multiple systems.
- Manage and maintain salesperson information related to customer setups Engagement in new projects and programs like E-Invoicing and Database Cleanup.
- Driving the comprehensive application of global and regional Customer Master Data processes
- Adapting to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests but still maintain the ability to refocus quickly if business need dictates.
- Monthly close activities that result in heavier workloads usually involving overtime
- Management of customer expectations
- Providing metrics and reports to Management as required.
Basic Requirements
- Good English commands – verbal and written
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge about MS Office and Google Suite
- Excellent time management
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
