In response to the increased business opportunities, we are currently looking to expand our Project management organization.

We are looking for Project managers to come and join our team. The person, undertaking the role will be leading customer's engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
Managing customer project delivery
Dealing with high complexity legal and commercial issues
Managing project financials, including P&L
Meeting or exceeding SOAR approved budgets
Providing reliable financial forecasts to the management.
Managing business development
Identifying and developing new opportunities with the client
Supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities

Key Skills And Experience Required
First Level University Degree in IT or in a Business domain or equivalent experience required
PMP Certification or any other related PM certificate is advantage
Experience in project/program management field
In-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies, applicable to project management
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and liaise with geographically dispersed teams
Fluency in German and English languages
- Acting as opportunity manager for high-risk deals
- Managing client relationships
- Representing the organization to external customers/clients
- Managing a project team
- Managing internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 40 people
- Mentoring and encouraging skill development of project team members
- Providing detail performance review input and development recommendations for the team members
