Responsibilities

• e-mail service as well as answering and making phone calls in Spanish
• accepting requests from customers, registering requests in the ERP system
• review and provide information about the situation of orders, deliveries and invoices
• explaining inconsistencies regarding customer matters and contacting other departments in the company,
• supervising the deadlines for keeping commitments,
• support proper Order Management proces
• reporting on the status of entrusted tasks
• Coordinate Master Data requests from customer/ other functions

Preferred qualifications

• knowledge of the Spanish language at the level of min. C1,
• knowledge of the English language at the level of min. B2,
• experience in customer service and willingness to develop in this area
• knowledge of MS Office at an intermediate level,
• knowledge of the SAP system, nice to have,
• meticulousness, focus on details.
