The Supply planner will be a part of S&OP team, responsible for managing supply plan for minimum the next 18 months for its portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Supply plan creating: build short, mid and long term production plan satisfying the latest demand, taking into account the latest inventory and operational constraints.
• Factory operational cost support: build production plan for each product based on factory important metrics respect and production restrictions.
• Capacity (production line utilization) planning and ownership; Regular capacity overview based on the normal actual output of the factory. Capacity risk advanced flagging, crafting scenarios on problem solving.
• Inventory ownership: long, mid and short term inventory management. Whenever inventory level below or above the target -flag the risks to BU according to the standard process.
• CFR ownership: daily control and taking appropriate actions by advancing the production and understanding what causes the stock out, action plan creation on risk reduction.
• Supply chain losses ownership: advanced analysis on upcoming risks, identification of root cause, correction if possible. Taking relevant actions to avoid risks or taking a leading role in communications with demand planning on possible actions to sell out.
• Communication: Pro actively and reactively communicate with plants, demand, customer service, logistics and other Kraft Heinz departments.

Reporting: Prepare and analyse key reports with supply planning critical metrics

• Fulfill all reporting related activities in a timely manner, ensure periodic reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) onetime and to the expectations set by the Customer and/or by the Supervision. Improve reporting capability and quality on an individual base and under discussion with Supervision.
• Participate in standardizing and streamlining of activities, and in the creation of a Process for periodic activities
• Coordinate and prepare database requests from system providers (CRM) to support new and existing customer communication, build necessary system set up.
• Participate in Process documentation and auditing
• Participate and supervise Dealer commission calculation and communication

Qualifications

• Proficient command in Russian and English both verbal and written.
• Confirmed experience in Supply Planning, preferably related function in FMCG
• Good analytic skills, field and Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, relationship management
• Self-starter, able to accomplish tasks independently, can-do attitude.
• High level of proactivity, problem solving skills and flexibility
• Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Bachelor or Master Degree
