We are looking for Process Lead to join our CTK (Centralized Timekeeping) team, they:

  • Should be able to deep dive, research & provide an analysis for escalations
  • Analyze Accuracy issues & trends and provide short & long term solutions
  • Partner with the Quality team on fixing process gaps and support in preparation of COEs (detailed root cause documents in an Amazon format)
  • Partner with Program & Project teams in all transitions for CTK from Day 1 and call out gaps in processes & project documents and build strong processes from the start.
  • Conduct refresher training, educate, and mentor internal team members on tools and resources for adoption.
  • Work closely with HR business partners, CTK operations teams, Quality team, Project Managers and Technical teams to resolve issues that require collaboration across multiple teams and expert-level process knowledge
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes by looking for improvement opportunities and streamlining CTK processes
  • Collaborate with operations leaders, other Employee Services teams, project managers & tech teams to drive process improvement projects to enhance the operational efficiency of the team
  • Identify customer-impacting issues proactively, identify root cause / problem statements and implement solutions to improve customer experience
  • Lead on critical ES Tech / People Tech projects to help develop scalable automation solutions.
  • Support the team by preparing weekly & monthly reports. Provide detailed analysis of volume, SLA, FCR, TTR trend on a weekly basis. This role will also maintain trackers that are vital for the day to day operations of the team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Subject matter expertise in time & attendance - Minimum experience of 1 year
  • Fluency in German (CEFR C1)
  • Expert-level experience working with MS Word and MS Excel
  • Experience with PeopleSoft / Kronos systems
  • Experience in working with tech teams on tech enhancement projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ Yrs. of Amazon experience along with 1 - 2 years of experience in CTK
  • Knowledge of the organization's interdepartmental relationships and the ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills
  • Aptitude for working independently, with excellent problem solving skills
