Job Description

We support internal colleagues with different levels of IT Support within Deutsche Post DHL global logistics group. Here you will become part of DPDHL with offices in over 220 countries and global employee community of almost half million people. Our office in Prague operates an internal data center with about 1,700 employees and around 70 nationalities. We mainly work Monday to Friday, covering core hours between 7 am and 5 pm in various 9 hours’ shifts in a 24x7 Service Desk environment.

What you will do:

  • Handling of 1st level requests via phone, email and ticket system
  • Resolve customer-reported issues while working closely with other multi-functional teams
  • Classification, prioritization and clarification of user requests
  • User management for Travel & Expense System (SAP based)
  • Collaboration with downstream support organizations like 2nd level
  • Document relevant information via ticket system and ensure that the customer is communicated with in a timely manner and treated with the highest degree of respect
  • Active participation in knowledge/ information management
  • Drive operational excellence through quality closures and proper escalation of issues

You should have:

  • Mandatory German Language skills (~90% of all request are in German, rest in English & others)
  • Optional English and other languages 
  • Analytical skills
  • Good communication skills with preferred knowledge in 1st level / frontline tasks
  • Ability to work in a multinational/cultural team
  • Helpful and customer oriented 
  • Team spirit
