TPRM framework has been introduced to ensure that Novartis is conducting business with third parties who align to Novartis’ ethical standards. This is achieved by a robust, proportionate and proactive process to qualify and manage third parties. This is critical and by which Novartis protects their business and their patients.
Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework ensures that Novartis is conducting business with third parties who align to Novartis’ ethical standards.
The TPRM specialist works with internal risk experts and external suppliers to execute the process with complete responsibility and diligence to minimize the risks for Novartis; acts as a subject matter expert in the process and provides administrative support to the overall TPRM Operating Model.
Your key responsibilities:
• Facilitate Novartis ongoing compliance with Third-Party Management requirements outlined in Novartis policies and standards
• Act as point of escalation and support communication and training needs with local and regional countries
• Execute common, standardized third-party risk management processes managed centrally by the TPRM
• Identify automation opportunities and promote a continuous improvements culture, Support management reporting activities as required
• Support coordination of risk reviews on suppliers for risk areas such as Labor rights, HSE, Anti-bribery, GxP Quality, Animal welfare, ISRM and Data Privacy
• Coordinate and process TPRM assessments, along with on-boarding workflows for Third Parties requiring assessment
• Validate the completeness of questionnaire responses and ensure additional documentation required has been submitted by the Third Party
• Become Subject Matter expert for the process and guide peers and juniors towards process excellence

Minimum Requirements
Â
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Finance/Accounting or Business Administration)
• Fluent English and German or Russian is a must
• 2-5 years of direct, relevant experience in third-party risk management or operational risk management is preferred
• Procurement background in Order to Cash or R2R, will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 365, Excel, SharePoint, other workflow tools.
