RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executing the end to end hiring cycle in France focusing on internship, apprenticeships, PhD students and limited roles. 
• Managing phases of the recruiting process such as advertising, CV screening, interviews, selecting candidates, handling of the offer and administrative process. 
• Building strong relationships with the Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and support them closely during the hiring process.
• Communicating with the candidates during the selection process to ensure positive candidate experience.
• Cooperation with universities and French authorities to arrange respective administrative aspects per selected candidate (agreements signature, OPCO Atlas, immigration, PO creation, etc.)
• Talent market overview of France. - Advertising & attending virtual Career Fairs.
• Participating on ad hoc projects.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Minimum of 2 years working experience as recruiter in a global/ international environment focusing on student hiring in France
• Fluent in English and French
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple tasks following specific deadlines
• Attention to details, quality focus
• University degree
