Inviting applications for the role of OTC - Process Associate – German - Remote EMEA/EU

Responsibilities 

• Booking of Incoming Payments: - Bank Statement; - Remittance advice. 
• Processing credit notes 
• Managing unapplied cash: - Unapplied/unidentified payment investigation; - Cash collected at the month end 
• Coordinating the chase activity, query resolution/dispute management: -  Verbal & Written Communication with client; - Verbal & Written Communication with related departments. 
• Reading and learning the operating procedures, contributing to the development/improvement of the operating procedures 
• Escalating of all unsolved/unclear issues to the team leader

Minimum qualifications 

• Very good knowledge of German language, min. C1, English B2;
• High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage);
• Accounting knowledge – intermediate level.
