Responsibilities
- Customer service skill set, someone who can interact and talk to Genpact customers over the phone and email and instruct them to update software versions over the air and get customer acknowledgement form
- Work with cross functional teams to locate customer deployed medical devices
- Coordinate with Customers, Genpact project team, Field Engineers to set up customer visit appointments, changes in appointment and coordinate for successful field visit
- Document all customer interaction in a defined format approved by customer
- Support in documenting evidence from Customer/Validated service delivery systems (SFDC, eOM, eDHR, Siebel CRM etc.) in regulatory defined customer consignee list and document closure, document justification and upload supportive evidence in QMS Data retention tool My workshop
- Support to Track/Monitor software upgrade completion
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Logical reasoning and critical thinking
- Excellent customer service
- Communication skills
- Excellent verbal skills in German
- Good written skills in English
Preferred qualifications
- Working knowledge of Healthcare system
- Intermediate Smartsheet knowledge
- Working experience in Med-tech org /Customer Service environment
