This role requires a continuous and positive collaboration between Romanian SSC and German HR Team employees and new hires.

Responsibilities:
Creation of employee contract
Change of employment contracts, e.g. work time
Creation of certificates after termination
End of probation period
Certificate of employment

Requirements
University degree might be an advantage
1-year previous professional experience in an HR Admin role
English and German language skills – at least B2 level
MS Office proficiency; SAP HR user experience is a plus
