Multilingual Junior Analyst Accounts Payable

Accountabilities

• Processing invoices, credit notes into the appropriate systems and within the agreed time;
• Address ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner;
• Perform additional daily/weekly/monthly tasks as per agreed timelines;
• Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and achieve win-win outcomes;
• Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.

• Experience Required
• Good command of English and Russian or Serbian spoken and written
• Ability to handle high volumes of data entries with high accuracy
• Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Able to help, teach or explain things to others
• Financial or accounting studies would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
