Job Description

• Responsible for the performance and quality of the mitigation for accounting and finance processes (called „Detective controls”) for selected customers inside Bosch group
• Main activities during performance of Detective Controls are:
• Quality check of base process based on audit documentation
• Detection and reporting of errors to the responsible persons and initiation of corrective actions
• Creation and regular revision of working instructions for assigned customers within Bosch group
• Propose improvements for the process of detective controls
• Reporting of KPIs
• Working in a team focused on detective controls to implement and improve the mitigations processes within Bosch group

Qualifications

• University degree (studies in economic, financial or accounting field) or corresponding work experience instead
• B2 English and B2 Turkish, any other foreign language is a plus
• Good knowledge in MS Office (esp. Excel)
• Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility
• Good ability to communicate and to work in a team
• Likes to work with processes and procedures
• General knowledge of processes and functionality in SAP - will be an advantage
• General knowledge of financial processes - will be an advantage
