Your day to day responsibilities will be:
As an HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist you will provide robust expertise and professional services in HR business intelligence, reporting, metrics, and analytics for the EMEA region.
You will work as part of a global network to partner with customers and stakeholders across our HR functions, understand business challenges, extract / prepare data (often from various systems), perform analysis, and provide (or enable) data-driven insights.
Additionally, the HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist possesses an understanding of HR business and technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to customers that will enhance the company's competitive edge.
The HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist is comfortable with manipulating large data sets and partnering with HR and business leaders to provide data solutions that are visual, sustainable, automated,
Main tasks will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for reporting and data visualization
- Develop standard metrics, dashboards, and reports using employee and process data
- Apply expertise in analysis and presentation to see beyond the numbers to inform, influence, and support decisions
- Leverage technology to drive towards sustainable, automated, self-service reporting & analytics solutions
- Provide coaching, training, and advisory services to internal clients on the use and interpretation of HR data
- Provide data analysis and consultation ensuring positive customer experience for HR data customers

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets
- Ability to build, develop, and implement appropriate technical HR data solutions; experience with various BI tools (Workday report builder, Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik, Power BI, etc.)
- Advanced analytical, logical problem resolution skills with usability skills and mindset
- 1-3 years of experience in reporting & analytics or related area
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
